General Terms

By making a payment for any of Autogirl Limited services after receiving an invoice, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. It is assumed that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms herein.

REQUIREMENTS TO RENT A CAR

  1. A valid driver’s license, a Ghana card or any ID Card, a passport picture & a security deposit of Ghe 300 for salon cars, Ghe500 for Suv, and Ghe 1000 for high-end vehicles which is refundable after all rental terms have been met
  2. International drivers may need an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their home country license.
  3. rented vehicles can be delivered to the comfort of your zones. Delivery charges are exclusive of fueling costs
  4. The fuel level must be returned to its initial state upon leaving the office, as the delivery fee specifically excludes fuel costs incurred after departure.
  5. Chauffeured vehicle rentals last a maximum of 10-12 hours/day.
  6. all fleets are mobile and not stationed.
  7. Rates are in ranges because rates are determined by the year and model of the fleet, registration, and duration of the rental.
  8.  If you employ the services of a chauffeur outside the city, of Accra, you are obliged to provide accommodation and feeding to the chauffeur.
  9. Full Payment validates booking
  10. Renters must not use the vehicle for illegal activities, off-road driving, or towing.

SELF DRIVE RENTALS

  1. Self-drive vehicle rental duration is 24 hours
  2. Self-drive vehicle rentals last for 23 hours on the day the last day of rental when the vehicle is returned
  3. Specific luxury vehicle rentals for self-drive have a 12-hour daily policy.
  4. The minimum rental duration is two days for self-drive options.
  5. For one-day rentals, clients will need to opt for a chauffeured car service.
  6. Renters are required to inspect the vehicle for any existing damage before taking possession. Any pre-existing damage should be well documented.
  7. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear. Charges will apply for any damage or excessive dirtiness.
  8.  security deposit must be paid at the time of rental. This is determined by the duration of the booking. This deposit is refundable upon the return of the vehicle in good condition.
  9. Renters are responsible for any traffic fines or violations incurred during the rental period.
  10. Renters are liable for any damage or theft of the vehicle, subject to the terms of the insurance coverage.

RENTAL SERVICES OUTSIDE ACCRA

  1. Rentals outside Accra are permissible at an extra fee
  2. Only specified vehicles can be rented for use outside Accra
  3. Taking the vehicle out of the country is prohibited.

FUEL POLICY

  1. All rentals are exclusive of fueling. Clients are responsible for fueling the vehicles
  2. Where the vehicle has been pre-fueled, clients must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when the vehicle moved from the office. Failure to adhere to this attracts refueling charges

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

  1. cancellations must be made within a 48-hour time frame after booking
  2. Cancellations made less than the approved time frame are subject to cancellation fees.
  3. Failure to pick up the vehicle at the reserved time without prior notice may result in a no-show fee.
